Stenly Towoliu, kepada beberapa awak media membeberkan hasil turun lapangan mengatakan, mulai terungkap kemana dana negara senilai Rp 20 M tersebut di gunakan.
‘Jika kemarin kami memberikan satu contoh yakni belanja barang untuk keperluan gedung penanganan covid 19, kemana dana Rp 20 M ini digunakan mulai terang benderang,’ ungkap pria yang sudah berhasil membongkar kasus pemecah ombak likupang ini.
Lebih lanjut Towoliu memperinci untuk apa saja dana Rp 20 M tersebut. Selain belanja keperluan gedung penanganan covid 19, menurut mantan wartawan ini, dana tersebut untuk santunan bagi warga terdampak atau meninggal karena terserang covid 19.
‘Selain itu ada juga untuk belanja mesin, belanja barang persediaan, belanja barang yang non operasional,’ ungkapnya.
Katanya lagi, berdasarkan investigasi ada juga penggunaan dana perjalanan dinas Satgas Covid 19, yang tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
‘Anggaran total Rp 60 M, diambil dari semua dinas dan badan yang ada di pemerintahan kepulauan Sitaro,’ pungkas pria yang juga berhasil membongkar kasus TPAPD Bolmong, yang akhirnya mantan bupati saat itu Marlina Moha Siahaan mendekam dibalik jeruji besi. (can)
